BrodettoFest is an event dedicated to the culture, history, and tradition of seafaring, which in 2024 reaches its 22nd edition.
Two key elements characterize the event: the wisdom of the fishermen and the prominent guests from the culinary world, who have created a winning mix of tradition and innovation in seafood cuisine, making BrodettoFest one of the most important and well-known gastronomic events in Italy.
Introducing Spazio Vongole, a taste corner dedicated to the queen of the Adriatic, where visitors can learn about its characteristics and enjoy delicious dishes.
The National Fish Soup Competition, hosted by Monica Caradonna, returns and expands.
SpazioBro, the Fishermen’s Kitchen, is an area dedicated to preparing the traditional brodetto recipe, cooked on-site by fishermen in large pots, using exclusively Adriatic fish.
The Main Stage lights up with big names in entertainment and music concerts.
At Palabrodetto, cooking shows are scheduled with Michelin-starred chef Andrea Aprea and television chef, a well-known face of Rai networks, Alessandro Circiello.
At Brodetto&kids, there will be shows, games, and workshops to educate children about the sea and its wonders.
